How to check and release emails marked as spam Print

- Log in to your cPanel
- Find the 'Mail' Section and click on the 'SpamExperts' icon
- Next to the relevant domain name in question, click the 'Login' button
- Click the 'Spam Quarantine' button.
- Navigate through the pages of emails that might be in quarantined status and find the email in question.
- Click on the small drop-down arrow flyout to the left of the email to display a list of options for that email.
- Select the relevant option you wish to execute.
