How to check and release emails marked as spam Print

At times when someone sends you an email, it might be marked as spam and not delivered to your inbox. Follow the below steps to check your quarantine box and release any incorrectly quarantined emails:

  1. Log in to your cPanel
  2. Find the 'Mail' Section and click on the 'SpamExperts' icon
  3. Next to the relevant domain name in question, click the 'Login' button
  4. Click the 'Spam Quarantine' button.
  5. Navigate through the pages of emails that might be in quarantined status and find the email in question.
  6. Click on the small drop-down arrow flyout to the left of the email to display a list of options for that email.
  7. Select the relevant option you wish to execute.
