URGENT Server Move (Resolved) Critical
  • 19/10/2019 10:00 - 21/10/2019 08:00
  • Last Updated 20/10/2019 07:42

IMPACT: Some downtime and small gap in emails are to be expected
Duration: Unknown at this stage

We have unfortunately URGENTLY been forced to move on to a new server due to unforeseen circumstances.
This has led us into some stormy waters over the next two days or so where there will be some downtime and maybe some instability

All your current websites and email facilities will be unavailable for a short period and you might have a small gap in email deliverability.
I do apologise for the inconvenience, but this was not foreseen, and we are doing our best to get things back to normal as soon as possible.

Please bear with us and we appreciate your patience and understanding. I will let you know when I have more information.

Updates to follow...

UPDATE:

STATUS: Propagation complete

We have completed the server move.
Please do any necessary checks to ensure that everything is working as expected after the move such as checking that you are receiving emails or that your website is loading from your end.

AGAIN, Thank you for your patience and understanding.  If you have any queries or concerns, please don't hesitate to drop a line on Whatsapp or send an email to support@bluesteam.net.
