How to renew a domain that is coming up for renewal Print
- 0
You will from time to time receive a notice from our system reminding you of an upcoming domain renewal for one of your domain names.
To ensure that your domain does not expire and your services stop working, you should renew it as soon as possible. You can do this by following the below steps:
- Log in to your Client Area using your registered email address here: https://admin.bluesteam.net/login
- Once logged in, select the menu option Domains -> My Domains. This will show you a list of all your registered domains.
- On the left, select the menu option Renew which will show you a list of all upcoming domain renewals waiting to be renewed.
- Then simply add each domain that you would like to renew to your cart by clicking the Add to cart button next to the respective domain name.
- Next, click the View Cart button and follow the checkout process.
Should you allow your domain to go in to "Closed Redemption", you will unfortunately be obligated to pay a R300 late fee for .za domains or the relevant redemption fee for international TLD's as per the enom redemption fee regulations over and above the 1 year renewal fee of your domain in order to renew the domain name. This is beyond our control as it is enforced by the ZA Central Registry and the relevant international registry regulations.
Should you allow the domain to "Expire", during this time, the domain will not be accessible. Therefore, any web site or email services associated with it will also stop working.
