2024 Festive Season Wind Down - Adjusted Support Response Times

As the Festive Season approaches, we want to update our clients on the adjusted support response times and contact methods from 16 December 2024 to 12 January 2025.

BlueSteam is committed to addressing your queries and concerns as quickly as possible.

However, the following changes will apply during this period:

Support Availability:
Support will only be provided through our Support Ticket system . You can send an email to support@bluesteam.net or log in to your account to open a ticket here.

SLA Response Times:
Response times for support tickets will temporarily change from 24 hours to 48 hours and on a best-effort basis.

Limited Contact Methods:
There will be no support via WhatsApp or phone calls unless BlueSteam considers it to be absolutely necessary.
